Bookings are confirmed only upon payment through our secure partners Schedulista and Stripe. All payments are subject to the respective providers’ terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing session details, rates, and cancellation policies before completing a booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments according to the studio policy posted on NYHeadshots.com. Missed or late appointments may be subject to fees. Refunds are not guaranteed for no-shows or cancellations made outside the permitted time frame.

All images, content, and materials on NYHeadshots.com are the intellectual property of iRolls Multimedia LLC and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission. Clients receive usage rights for delivered photos as specified at the time of service.
